About us

Matt Thomas, Owner of Comfort Keepers Tampa since February 2016 wants to “make a positive difference in the daily lives of our clients and a positive family style work environment for our caregivers”. This Comfort Keepers office has been here since 2003 and Mat’s immediate goal is to grow the number of clients and increase the number of caregivers to provide the high quality service that clients deserve. “When you have the high level of service that we provide growth is important to allow it to spread to those in need”.

Both our office staff and caregiving providers are dedicated to providing timely, effective non-medical care to each and every client including: interactive companionship, individualized personal care, guidance in home safety and clear communication with clients and family members.

Matt’s extensive background in medical services includes work as a Radiology Supervisor, CT/MRI Technologist and owner of a Medical Transcription Service. “I can’t seem to break away from the medical field. That’s alright because in this one I am providing care directly to a population that has an expressed desire for services and support that allow them to remain in their own homes. I can think of no better way to be involved”.
